- Plastic mold cooling water design should meet the following conditions
First, the water margin and the product material margin are generally not less than 10MM, as far as possible between 10MM-12MM; alloy mold is generally 25MM;
Second, the water margin and the design of the margins of the insert, thimble, cylinder and insert are as follows:
1. The inner mold below 200mm, the margin of water transport and the margin of insert, thimble, cylinder and insert are not less than 3.5MM:
2, greater than 200MM - 400MM internal mold, water supply margin and insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material margin margin is not less than 4MM;
3, greater than 200MM - 400MM internal mold, water supply margin and insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material margin is not less than 4MM;
4, greater than 400MM - 600MM internal mold, water supply margin and insert needle, thimble, cylinder, insert material margin is not less than 5MM;
5, the internal mold is more than 600MM, the margin of water transport and the margin of insert, thimble, cylinder and insert are not less than 8MM;
3. The water and gas cap and oil pressure circuit are not less than 8MM;
Fourth, the water side and the mouth to avoid the empty side is not less than 8MM:

6. Same direction distance design of water transport and transport water:
1. When the two pipe joints run in the same direction, the nearest distance of the center is no less than 38MM;

Nine, when designing the cooling water, the distance between the transported water and the insert material level shall be 5MM; the water transport and the insert side shall not be less than 3.5MM.
